Who should practice I-Chuan?

 

Anyone can practice I-Chuan.  It is beneficial for people of all ages from children to seniors. Those with disability or who have problems holding the standing postures for extended periods can use sitting postures or special modifications specific to their situation as recommended by a qualified instructor.
