Martial Benefits of I-Chuan


I-Chuan has historically been closely linked to the martial arts, indeed historians report that it was developed as an offshoot of the Chinese martial art of Hsing-I Chuan.  Martial arts masters from many different disciplines report significant benefits from their practice of I-Chuan.
